Post Rehab Conditioning
After an injury has healed, the emphasis becomes working towards returning to previous normal activities.
Athlete conditioning includessport specific conditioning for individual athletes, groups or teams conducted by certified Conditioning Specialists, Michael Hogue, CCS, and Janis Maloney, CCS.
